ISO 9000 and more: bonus material and deleted scenes

ISO 9000:2000, in clause 2.10 discusses the use of statistical technique in solving or preventing problem, thus improving effectiveness and efficiency. The ISO directives specify dictionaries to be used for definitions of common terms not otherwise defined in ISO 9000 deliverables.
