Improving the internal audit experience

Article Abstract:

Cerner Corp. conducted training on the benefits of accounting and auditing in organizational development and stability. A survey conducted by Quality Progress on the employees of the company subsequent to the auditing showed that groups that underwent the training are proactively conducting internal processes and were implementing corrective actions. Other results of the survey are discussed.

It's not always the answer

Training does not automatically result in better performance by an employee. It is important to identify the training needs and analyze the present performance of the employees and the desired level of performance before imparting training.
