Lessons from team leaders

Experienced managers setting up a team should select individuals who have the right skills and personality for the job. It is desirable for a team leader to employ a variety of team members with diverse backgrounds and skills. The team leader should establish the goals and objectives of each team player, together with an overview of career history and personal ambitions.
