Software tracks mixer spurious products

Article Abstract:

Engineers' Club of San Jose, CA, has released a low-cost analysis program called MxrSpur which can tabulate mixer spuirious products from a user- controlled virtual-spectrum-analyzer display screen. The software allows users to visually scan radio-frequency and local-oscillator bands of interest, and to locate spurious responses that fall within the IF band.
