New SAS Software Product Strengthens Management Strategies

SAS Institute Inc. has announced the development of SAS- OR, a management-decision software product. Based on linear programming and operations research techniques, SAS-OR supports scheduling, distribution, product mix, and investment decisions. SAS-OR is fully compatible with the other SAS products. First-year license fee to corporate customers for SAS-OR is $3,000; ninety day free trials are available.
