Novel filter coils solve plant filtration problem

A patented filter coil, developed by Cross Manufacturing, has helped a UK paper mill solve its water problems, allowing the plant to return to its normal production without unplanned stoppages due to poor quality of water. The Cross System 2000 filter is a modular, custom built for each application in which coils are fitted manifolds to meet the maximum operating flow and pressure.

Unique gear grinding process offers low noise and high precision

A new distinctive gear grinding process and patent-applied-for machining system is developed which in any case gives DIN 2 level of correctness on helical spur and worm gears. Moreover, the process balances for helical twist by precisely managing the cutting tool through on board probing system and the traditionally used software.
