Sharpening softer skills
Article Abstract:
The Boston local section of American Institute of Chemical Engineers(AIChE) have launched a series of 10 career development workshops for its members targeted to improve soft skills such as leadership, creative thinking, problem-solving and delegation skills. The workshops, which were organized by Marian Mailloux of Connected Visions and the Career and Professional Services committee of AIChE Boston, are discussed.
