Membrane accumulators neutralize excess pressure in pipes

Article Abstract:

Pronal has introduced membrane accumulators for use in hydrocarbons distribution in refineries, chemical plants, food processing facilities and with pollution control equipment. The flexible membranes, which assist in the prevention of damage in distribution circuits, are designed to remove the water-hammer effect caused by pressure differentials when liquids flow through pipes of decreasing sizes. The membranes are made from polyurethane or special rubber and are fully sealed.

Powder disperser eliminates the need for solvents or recirculation

Article Abstract:

Quadro has introduced a larger version of the Ytron ZC1 Powder Disperser called the Ytron ZC3. Ytron ZC3, which eliminates the need for solvents or recirculation, is touted to be able to disperse extremely difficult-to-wet powders into a liquid stream. In addition, the disperser can achieve the complete dispersion of powders through its interchangeable rotating and stationary elements.
