Total quality management in the performing arts

Article Abstract:

A new total quality management model for the performing arts has been proposed to replace the traditional arts organization management model. The new model was envisioned to change the role of arts organization management to that of a facilitator-presenter of a process-oriented service. It would bank on the volunteerism of quality professionals in vital organizational roles. Its main focus would be on the establishment of loyalty, commitment and interaction between the community and the performing arts organization.
