Cultural revolutions

Article Abstract:

Customer support remains the most appreciated aspect of any company's interactions with its computer or IT supplier, including immediate response times, speaking with knowledgeable support staff and reliable products. Companies also value working with IT partners that do not attempt to sell them products in which they have a vested interest, valuing instead partners that actually attempt to meet their computing needs with the best available products. Customer support is not the main concern of many powerful computer companies, but those that wish to excel in coming years should pay particular attention to partnering with their clients. Customer support is even more effective when the top-tier management personnel of computer companies take an active role in establishing supportive relationships with clients.
