The new and improved arms race

Article Abstract:

An overview is presented on the demonstration against the National Missile Defense test launch held on July 7, 2000. The article chronicles the planning needed to get past launch site security; protestors who placed themselves directly on the launch site were arrested, but the launch was completed despite the presence of other protestors within the hazard zone.
