Risk-based targeting of diffuse contaminant sources at variable spatial scales in a New Zealand high country catchment

Article Abstract:

A model is constructed for risk-based targeting of pollutants in a given water supply, using a catchment area in New Zealand as an example. The model incorporates water quality results, such as average and extreme loadings and concentrations, and characteristics of the catchment area, such as land use.
