Industrial-scale demonstration of a new sorbent reactivation technology for fluidized bed combustors

Article Abstract:

CANMET has developed a new reactivation technology in conjunction with General Comminution Inc. (GCI) which has been demonstrated at the pilot scale and now at the industrial scale. This technique minimizes the disposal of highly reactive spent sorbent from a fluidized bed combustor.
