Composting and organics recycling vs. bioreactors: another perspective

Article Abstract:

An overview is presented on the Environmental Protection Agency?s proposal to offer exemptions to the Subtitle D federal landfill requirements for purposes of research and development. Opponents argue that the proposal undermines the ability of composters to compete in the waste recycling arena, while proponents believe it will foster better designs for bioreactor technology. A statement and response segment is included.
