Contractual foundations for building stations

Article Abstract:

The contract that will be entered by fire authorities with consultants on building new fire stattion should detail the services that will be provided and the conditions and legal terms that will define role of each parties. The building contract must have a template novation agreement form if the agreements is on a design-and-build basis. Details of the process of constructing a building contract are supplied.
