Integrated Clothing Project goes ahead as injunction fails

Article Abstract:

An interim injunction applied for to prevent Firebuy from going ahead with the Integrated Clothing Project was refused by the High Court and firefighters will be able to receive a Firebuy contact for their general and safety clothing needs. Lion Apparel officers are disappointed at the verdict and the company would still press on claims for damages and for a permanent injunction.
