Nottinghamshire joins campaign to cut cigarette-related fire deaths

Article Abstract:

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service's senior fire officers support safer cigarettes campaign as injuries and deaths due to smoking-related fires become a concern. Fire authorities believe that if safer types of cigarettes were manufactured as standard, lives could have been saved.

Wildfire terror in Europe

Article Abstract:

Wildfires in Europe, caused by heat waves or extremely hot temperatures, caused great havoc in terms of lives and in infrastructure destruction. Details of the fire incidents in different locations in Europe and efforts by the government and the Fire Department are discussed.
