Pulse metering pump
Article Abstract:
Neptune Chemical Pump has unveiled the Series PZ pulse metering pump for use with a wide range of liquids, including chemicals, nutrients and disinfectants. The Series PZ operates from 94VAC to 264 VAC single-phase and does not require the need to change pump models to match available voltage. Chemical delivery is constant and stable through voltage fluctuations while the pump is accurate even at low feed rates. Pulses can be adjusted manually from 15 to 300 pulses per minute with a calibrated dial.

Open channel flow reporting improved and streamlined
Article Abstract:
Pilot Electric has developed two Windows-based FlowReporter programs for Milltronics OCM II and III flowmeters. FlowReporter programs can be adapted to operate with other microprocessor-based flowmeters, as well. The software is designed to run on both older and newer computers and the host computer it is in can be located as far as 1.7 miles away. Data can be retrieved on a daily or weekly basis if users do not leave the host computer open and running 24 hours a day.

Permament sewer flow monitor
Article Abstract:
The Model 4000 flow monitor of ADS Environmental Services is capable of determining flow patterns through the Monitory Level Intelligence (MLI) feature. The MLI compares flow readings to a learned pattern, resulting in accurate data and preventing the generation of wrong data that could initiate a false event alarm. The Model 4000 is able to study over 380 level readings through its Smart Depth function.
