Soil quality and the quality of humus

Article Abstract:

Soil chemistry is fundamentally the chemical reactions that occur in soil water and at the interface between soil water and the surfaces of soil particles. The vast surface area per unit of clays and humus and their importance to soil structure and water holding capacity is described.
