Nine of AT&T's Hispanic executives talk about career-advancement models essential for future success. Many of the executives credit their superior past performances for the promotions they have received, but that effective networking will become more important for future advancement opportunities.

The Clinton administration ended the Pentagon's Rule of Two procurement policy in Oct 1995. The Rule of Two was an affirmative action policy that was aimed at directing government contracts to minority-owned businesses. The Hispanic community is upset with the decision.
