Article Abstract:

Activity-based costing is an accounting method that measures a firm's finances based on its activities and products rather than traditional departmental costs. This accounting method allows firms to identify non-value-adding activities and costs at each stage. More information on the advantages of activity-based costing and management methods is discussed.
