Recruiter: Companies should be "embedding diversity"

Article Abstract:

Ginny Clarke, the chief of global diversity at corporate headhunters Spencer Stuart suggests that by embedding diversity, companies can get more diverse employees, managers and boardroom directors. She explains that as a chief, her responsibility is to have discussions with companies to understand their own cultures before trying to recruit or attract good people from other cultures for the posts of directors or employees.

Terera "Tere" Zubizarreta founded Zubi Advertising to tap the Hispanic market through Spanish-language advertisements. The agency's work is entirely in Spanish with some of Zubi's work adopted into mainstream campaigns, with Zubizarreta happy to be the leader in the culturally competent work of Hispanic advertising.
