Paul Young Auto Mall in Laredo, TX, is one of the top ten Hispanic-owned auto dealerships in the US, with a 1999 revenue of $95.97 million. Paul Young Jr., owner of the company, says that its growth is partially due to the town's population increase.

The 2000 directory of the largest Hispanic-owned businesses in the US shows that their total revenues have risen by 7.6% to $18.78 billion. Among them, MasTec Inc. and Burt Automotive each have revenues of over $1 billion.
