Ceja family owns the 113-acre vineyard, and the grapes they tend with care find their bottles that bear the name Ceja. The Wine Appreciation Guild has named Ceja the "Best New Winery", as they are targeting the Hispanic niche by producing wines that pair well with spicy foods.
