A school-system primer: its easier to solve a problem when you know who's in charge of what

Knowing who is who in the public school system will help a parent be more efficient in trying to get answers to questions. A glossary is provided that gives brief job descriptions for teachers, principals, superintendents, school boards and parent-teacher associations.
