A market game for assets and taxed investors

Article Abstract:

The influence of the after-tax pricing rules of the assets of the investors, irrespective of the type of investment, is analyzed. Associating linear preferences to different tax types on financial markets, it is found that one type has much greater access to financial leverage than the other. The changes in the state of equilibria depending on the increase in the number of competitors, is explained.

Lifeboatman Richard Evans was born in Moelfre, Wales, in 1905. He went to sea at the age of 14 as a cabin boy and became a master mariner at 23. He gained his first RNLI Gold Medal in 1959.
