Our most convenient diet ever

Article Abstract:

A diet that focuses on eating healthy foods and fits into a person's lifestyle is one that is more convenient than a diet that dictate's a person's food choices. Lifestyle habits with regard to diet are suggested. Five low-fat, easy to prepare recipes are presented.

Article Abstract:

Recipes that are easy to make and use chicken as the main ingredient are presented. The recipes include five sautes for chicken breasts, as they require little preparation time, and the other recipes are either low in fat or do not cost much to prepare.
