Should you spy on your caregiver?

Parents may be tempted to spy on babysitters and should consider the legal and psychological implications carefully before deciding to do so. Wiretapping laws prosecution and a potential breakdown of employee-employer relations are possibilities but there are alternatives to cameras and tapes.
