Should your child sleep in your bed?

Article Abstract:

A father describes how he feels closer to his daughter when she sleeps in her parents' bed. He realizes that eventually she will not need to sleep with them. A mother explains that she prefers to have her children sleep in their own beds to help them become independent and give her some privacy.

Ouch! Another ear infection!

Article Abstract:

The shortness and angle of children's eustachian tubes increase the chances of having fluid become trapped in the middle ear. Tubes in the ears or an adenoidectomy can help prevent ear infections. Antibiotics can help, but overuse has led to the development of resistant bacteria.
