The proportion of a sleeve cap that is required to perfectly fit the armhole for a particular person and how to draft an alternative sleeve to accommodate a fuller upper arm is given. For a truly personified fit the measurement of one's upper arm, or biceps circumference, at the high underarm, and one's cap height from the shoulder point is to be identified.
