Bellevue Hospital chief psychiatrist Gary Gosselin gives suggestions to teenagers on how to develop an optimistic attitude. Gosselin advises teenagers to make friends with people who have the same interests as theirs. Doing exercise and volunteer work also increase one's confidence.
