A showcase of 10 great Spanish wines

Article Abstract:

A tasting of 10 Spanish wines including the Dominio de Tares Bierzo Bembibre 2003, the Torres Conca de Barbera Grans Muralles 1999 and the Alvaro Palacios Priorat L'Ermita 2001 was conducted at a seminar of the California Wine Experience 2006. It was aimed at exploring whether traditional or modern winemaking techniques are better, and the Iberian opinion differed depending on the producer of the wine and the region where the vineyards are located.
