Immigrant vintners now in France, Pierre and Gladys Bunan, pair their wines with food from Algeria and Morocco. Recipes are given for Moroccan carrot salad, grilled red peppers, reduced tomatoes and peppers, roased lamb with spiced meatballs and preserved lemons.
