Change comes to Napa's wine auction

Positive changes and improvements are being incorporated into the Napa Valley Wine Auction for its 25th anniversary. The ticket prices for the event are raised considerably for ticket sales to meet all the event's expenses, so that the entire proceeds can be channeled to local charities.

Court forces Utah to lift ban on wine advertising and promotion

Article Abstract:

Issues are presented concerning the decision made by the 10th US Circuit Court of Appeals in Utah which will enable restaurants to provide wine lists to customers whether they ask for them or not. The promotion of wine is discussed.
