Chianti Classico estate sale rakes in $3.5 million

The furnishings of the Castello di Uzzano, a Chianti Classico estate located in Tuscany, Italy, were sold in 1999 by Christie's for $3.5 million. The sale of wines was disappointing, with poor attendance and only half the lots sold.
