Record-breaking '96 harvest in Australia and South Africa

Article Abstract:

South African wines will be especially good because of a cool growing season, and the 1996 Australian harvest was abundant, with red wines expected to be very good. Chilean and Argentine wines will be good to excellent despite some problems.
