Kopi Luwak is the world's rarest and most expensive coffee not because of its unique taste but because of the way the beans are processed and the world's foremost Kopi Luwak authority that can differentiate between a fake and a real one is the food chemist Massimo Marcone at the University of Guelph in Ontario.
