Recipes are given for grilled corn with butter, grilled whole red snapper, fresh tomato and basil salsa, zucchini and grapefruit salad and apricot tapioca pudding. Wine suggestions include a 1992 Geyser Peak Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc.
