Great steaks, no cellar

Article Abstract:

There are many steak house restaurants that have excellent food but poor wine lists. This is because they started as working class tavern-type restaurants favoring good beef over good wine. For this reason, these restaurants did not make the Wine Spectator's top ten steak house list.
