Vintner Tucker Catlin plans to get away from monoculture and grow grapes and food products for restaurants and winemakers in Napa Valley's Pope Valley, California. Nearly all Napa Valley is dedicated to viticulture, but agricultural monoculture invites plant pests and diseases.
