Article Abstract:

A line of foods designed for elderly people's weaker constitution, packaged in easily-stored retort pouches, have been introduced by QP Corp under the Kewpie Yasashii Kondate name. These foods are easily-prepared by heating them in boiling water for three or four minutes, and are priced at from [yen] 250 to [yen] 300 per pouch. These foods come in salmon and vegetable casserole, rice gruel with Japanese radish and tuna, beef stew, and rice gruel with burdock and chicken varieties.
