Parting ways: Michelin three-star chef Fredy Girardet puts his famous restaurant's wine collection up for auction

Fredy Girardet is a chef and restaurateur from Crissier, near Lausanne, Switzerland. Girardet plans to put the wine collection from his acclaimed restaurant up for auction. Girardet collected fine wine for over 30 years and the collection is rumored to be worth two million dollars.
