Prime time for Chateauneuf-du-Pape

Chateauneuf-du-Pape is France's oldest official appellation, its red wines offer both power and grace and historic landmarks such as the ruins of Clos des Papes abound in this winemaking region. The changes made by the present generation, which has modernized its approach to optimize vineyards, at Chateauneuf are discussed.
