Robuchon a Galera: A treasure trove of great wine in China

An impressive 96-page wine list and exemplary French cuisine are offered by Robuchon a Galera, a sophisticated restaurant at the Hotel Lisboa, one of the best casino in Macao Island, China. A description on the plush dining room in the restaurant is presented along with a list of epic, popular, and classic wines purchased and stored by Alan Ho, the director of the company, which manages Hotel Lisboa.
