Two wines of spain are evaluated on a scale of 100. A 1987 Vina Mayor Ribera del Duero Tinto Crianzo at $9 is rated 82, and a 1985 Estola La Mancha Vinto Tinto de Crianza Reserva at $10 is rated 80.

Eight Spanish wines are rated. The favorite, rating 89 on a scale of 100, is a 1989 Clos Dofi Costers del Siurana at $40 a bottle. This Clos Dofi is the only wine evaluated that is not a Rioja.
