Thick or thin?

Article Abstract:

The 2003 and 2004 vintage wines present a stark choice for lovers of white Burgundy as Vintage 2004 offers mineral flavor, reflecting the uniqueness of the region, are crisp and elegant whites with structures and intensity locked within as compared to the lush, gentle, little overweight, softly structured, toast and butterscotch flavors of the 2003 wines drinkable now in 2006 and over the next few years. The rating of the white Burgundy vintage are presented after tasting over 400 wines blindly.
