To mask or not to mask?

Article Abstract:

Blind wine tasting in social gatherings can be embarrassing if tasters are not given any idea of what they are drinking. Indifferent or negative reactions can spoil an evening of fun when such tests are conducted. Blind tasting is better done among a circle of friends who regularly test for fun.
