Washington

Article Abstract:

Eastern Washington, the main grapegrowing region of the state, has the most suitable soil and climatic conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Washington Cabernets place in style from elegant and reserved to jammy with bold, dense fruit, and most Cabernet vines are planted on their own rootstocks that give the wines a unique viticultural advantage.

Napa Valley

Article Abstract:

The Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has evolved steadily, with the reds possessing rich, concentrated pure fruit flavors, and the ability to age well. Better farming over the years, fine vintages and fine-tuning of the winemaking style have enabled these wines with high levels of alcohol to acquire a distinct quality and recognition.
