30-minute main courses: quick cooking from the south of France

Article Abstract:

Several Provencal dishes can be prepared quickly and are simple. Also, most of the ingredients are easily available in the market so cooks do not have to go all the way to France just to make these Provence-style meals. Recipes for mussels, chicken, grilled steaks and sea bass are presented.
