Roof design should include: current vapour barrier and membrane; good insulation and ventilation; quality fittings, laps, seals and finish and analysis of exposure levels.

Newfoundland's phantoms of ice
Article Abstract:
Some of the approximately 40,000 icebergs that break off from Greenland's glaciers annually find their way to eastern Canada's straits and bays. A few bergs drift on the Labrador Current for two years and end up in Newfoundland where they pose a serious danger to ships.
